Natalie Cox
Hello soon-to-be FASE protégés! My name is Natalie Cox, but I also go by Nat! I will be a sophomore for the 2017-2018 academic year. I am currently majoring in Biochemistry on the pre-med track and minoring in Gender Studies. After graduation, I hope to attend medical school to be an OB/GYN, and I want to have my own practice one day! I grew up in Haubstadt, a small town in Southwest Indiana. I am extremely passionate about equality and female rights/empowerment! Some of my other hobbies and interests include yoga, watching Netflix, eating (of course!), exploring Bloomington, and taking spontaneous road trips. I also work at Campus Tutoring Services and tutor in Chemistry! This summer I plan to intern at a sexual assault and domestic violence shelter close to home! I was a FASE protégée last year, and I am so incredibly excited to serve as a mentor for this year. As a mentor, I hope to show you “the ropes” of campus. I want to help you through the transition from high school to college, so you can develop that home away from home! I aim to be a resource for you in your academic and personal lives. FASE offers many opportunities to better yourself academically, mentally, and emotionally. Together, I believe that we will be more than ready to take on IU!
