About

Mentoring for Success

Mentoring Services & Leadership Development (MSLD) serves as a go-to resource for undergraduate students seeking personal encouragement, career support, leadership development, academic advice, and more. Indiana University’s Office of the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (OVPDEI) administers MSLD as a way to support students—especially young people from underrepresented and underserved backgrounds—throughout their academic journey and beyond.

Our Vision

Our programming embraces a comprehensive approach to serving students with initiatives designed to address their needs throughout the entire time they live and learn at Indiana University. The collaborative experiences provided not only help students achieve greater academic success and realize their full potential, but also create important bonds between mentors and mentees that last a lifetime.

FASE has offered me plenty of opportunities for me to be a role model to students and to be a leader on campus.
